Benjamin Parker started his legal career in Phoenix, AZ, where he worked for several different law firms specializing in Estate Planning, Complex Estate Litigation, and Civil Debt Defense. After getting acclimated as a legal assistant, Benjamin decided to further his legal education and attend Phoenix College’s Paralegal Studies program. From there, Benjamin went on to start a law firm with a good friend, Attorney, Nathaniel P. Nickele, of Phoenix, AZ. Benjamin, after working for approximately four years for the Law Office of Nathaniel P. Nickele, and after having his first child, Benjamin Jr., decided to move back to Michigan to be closer to family and is where he began working for Dickinson Wright, PLLC, one of the largest law firms in the United States. Here he acted as the “floating paralegal” and was responsible for working with every attorney in the firm, making it essential to keep a working knowledge of a variety of areas of law, but mainly commercial products liability. After leaving Dickinson Wright, PLLC, Benjamin went on to work for Mallory, Lapka, Scott & Selin, PLLC, where he worked in family law. Benjamin, after spending a few years in Michigan and having his second child, decided to relocate to Florida. Upon moving to Florida, Benjamin immediately entered the legal field and began working for Crosslin & Associates. Eventually, Benjamin was presented with the opportunity to work with John Dowd, and the Dowd Law Firm, and did not hesitate to grasp the opportunity to continue to expand his legal knowledge and career. Benjamin is married with two beautiful children, enjoys boating, fishing, working out, playing hockey, and most of all, spending time with his wife and children. Benjamin has aspirations of attending law school in the future and obtaining his juris doctorate from a reputable university.
