Dalisse Dittmar

Title Assistants

Dalisse Dittmar, a Miami native, relocated to Fort Walton Beach with her family in 2017. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Florida in 2005, she then went on to receive her MBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Miami in 2007. Growing up working for her Father’s Medical Malpractice Law Firm, Dittmar & Hauser, P.A., Dalisse found it only fitting to obtain her Paralegal Certificate from Gulf Coast University in 2010 before venturing out to join her husband during his career as a Major League Pitcher. During this time, the couple welcomed two beautiful children, to whom Dalisse devoted the next ten years to.

Once settled in beautiful Fort Walton Beach, Dalisse obtained her Florida Real Estate Sales License and soon was presented with the opportunity to work under John Dowd, Jr. in the Title Department at Dowd Law Firm, P.A. For the past year, Dalisse has learned the ins and outs of the Title industry, assisting with residential and commercial real estate closings, title insurance claims and policies, and has headed up Marketing initiatives for the Title Department.
