An Emerald Coast native, Lakin DeVaux, is one of Dowd Law Firm’s rising stars. Graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School in 2015, Lakin next attended Northwest Florida State College and began her career in the hospitality industry. Growing up in a family of hard-working women, it is only fitting that Lakin has landed at Dowd Law Firm and become a self-motivated, goal-oriented Legal Assistant, supporting each facet of the company. Her heart of service is evident in everything that she does and she is an asset to the Law Firm. Lakin hopes to obtain her Florida Real Estate license this summer so she can also serve the company’s property management branch.
